BNW decided to focus the brand communication on knowledge, expertise and the credibility of Sreda Obitanija company and its partners, and to further emphasize its good taste, confidentiality and sophistication which has already been established as core values of the company.

The name SREDA OBITANIE COMPANY was changed into SREDA OBITANIE - REAL ESTATE COLLECTION. We chose the term ‘COLLECTION’ instead of term HOLDING (COMPANY). The accent is on the service itself, on the scope of various yet complementary services Sreda Obitanie provides. Further, the ‘COLLECTION’ narrative corresponds to a valuable meaning – if not materially, than emotionally. If money is not invested in a collection, then it is love, patience and time. Each property Sreda Obitanie represents and each service it provides is precious and substantial in its own way.

We stayed with the existing ‘elephant’ symbol in company ID, but we completely redesigned it. We created a simple and modern elephant in form of colored paper origami. The typography is sharp-edged, yet elegant and smart. The right balance was made with the proposed new ID solutions, so as to create a system of complementary elements connected in a perfect balance of traditional & contemporary, masculine & feminine elements, rational & emotional.
